He served as director of the Wilbur N. Daniel African American Cultural Center at Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee. Wallace holds a bachelor’s degree in ethnic studies, business, and sociology from Wichita State University and a master’s in college student personnel from Arkansas Tech University.
