Language provider English Path has acquired NCG Dublin in Ireland as it seeks to profit from what it sees as increased interest in the country. The acquisition of NCG Dublin, for an undisclosed fee, is the latest move for the provider which launched in Dubai in 2021 by higher education specialist GEDU Global Education.

UK higher education provider Global Education Holdings has announced the acquisition of distance learning degree specialist MLA College from BAU Global Education Network. GEDU said the transaction marks another “significant step” towards expanding its global ambitions and educational reach.
