ATSU is also creating a Grow Your Own faculty development program that offers a low-to-no-cost education designed to support students interested in academic medicine. JHSON has the largest percentage growth of underrepresented faculty among JHU’s nine academic divisions. The program is expected to launch in spring 2023.
