The June 1970 anniversary event in New York, called Christopher Street Liberation Day, was sort of a micro-evolution of the Annual Reminder pickets at Philadelphia’s Independence Hall every July 4 dating back to my birth year, 1965. LGBTQ+ History Month (October in the U.S.) History, of course, is a source of pride.

University holds Holocaust remembrance event despite Jewish protests
